 个 人 简 介

  

东南大学青年首席教授,博士生导师,国家高层次青年人才(海外)计划入选者。本科毕业于南京大学匡亚明学院,博士毕业于香港中文大学电子工程系,指导老师为香港中文大学讲席教授,IEEE院士许建斌教授。先后在香港中文大学电子工程系许建斌教授课题组,瑞典林雪平大学物理,化学与生物系国际知名材料学家高峰教授课题组从事博士后研究工作。长期致力于新型半导体材料结晶和掺杂优化及其在光电器件领域的基础研究和应用拓展。以第一作者(含共同)身份在Science, Nature, Nature Communications, Joule, JACS, Advanced Materials, Advanced Energy Materials等期刊上发表论文10余篇,授权PCT专利一项,总发表论文40余篇,总引用2000余次,H因子23。目前加入东南大学材料科学与工程学院,致力于新型光伏器件及光伏-储能,光伏-催化一体化器件的开发。
