董磊,入选2021年江苏省“双创博士”。在Polymer Chemistry, Chemical Engineering Journal, Composites Part B: Engineering等高水平期刊共发表27SCI 论文, WOS数据库中他引600余次,已授权2项美国专利,2项日本专利。获得东南大学青年教师授课竞赛三等奖,2022年中国建材联合会·中国硅酸盐学会建筑材料科学技术二等奖。
