Dr. Gu is the Principal Beamline Scientist at the Australian Synchrotron, ANSTO, and a Principal Fellow 

in the Department of Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering at the University of Melbourne. He was 

invited to give a lecture on the topic of “Shaping a Cleaner World with Synchrotron Characterization

 of Porous Materials”, followed by a lively academic discussion with members of our group.

Professor Xiulin Fan from the School of Materials Science and Engineering at Zhejiang University was invited to deliver a lecture entitled “Unified affinity paradigm for the rational design of high-efficiency lithium metal electrolytes”.

Professor Hao Xin from the National Key Laboratory of Flexible Electronics at Nanjing University 

of Posts and Telecommunications was invited to deliver a  lecture entitled “Achieving High-Efficiency 

Cu In Ga Se and Cu Zn Sn S Thin-Film Solar Cells through Solution Chemistry Regulation"

Professor Cheng Jun from the Northwest Institute for Nonferrous Metal Research was

 invited to deliver a presentation entitled “Cold Deformation and Electrochemical 

Corrosion Behaviour of Bate-Type Ti-Zr-Mo-Sn-Nb Titanium Alloy for Dental Orthodontics”.
