周雪峰,博士,副教授,博士生导师。2011年获东南大学博士学位,2017-2018年赴美国Northwestern University访学,合作导师为美国工程院院士David Seidman教授。主要从事先进金属材料研究,研究方向包括航空钛合金、特种铁基合金、高熵合金、材料形变-相变调控、粉末冶金新材料及智能金属材料等。主持或参与国家自然科学基金、省重大科技成果转化、重点研发计划、产学研联合创新资金等项目。获江苏省科技进步一等奖1项、二等奖1项、三等奖3项,东南大学青年教师授课竞赛三等奖1项。累计发表SCI、EI收录论文六十余篇,授权国家发明专利二十余项。入选江苏省“科技副总(企业创新岗)”特聘专家。(获取更多报考信息,请访问我的东南大学导师主页:http://seu.teacher.360eol.com/teacherBasic/preview?teacherId=9373&previewCode=)
研究成果
(1)先进钛合金设计与制备:面向航空工业、生物医用等特殊场合需求,开展先进钛合金的设计与制备研究;基于d-电子设计理论,开发Ti-Mo-V系亚稳β钛合金,利用异质晶粒、分级结构等策略,实现宽应变范围的高加工硬化率;研究双相钛合金两相协调变形行为及机制,在低[Mo]钛合金中获得TRIP效应,为开发高强塑性双相钛合金提供新思路。
(2)新型高熵合金设计与制备:开展面向工程化应用的新型高熵合金成分设计与组织调控研究。开发高性能、低成本的铁基高熵合金;通过碳掺杂、复相强化和亚稳相调控等组织设计策略,固溶/细晶/相变/位错/析出等多种强化机制协同,开发出综合性能优异的铁基亚稳高熵合金。
(3)基于材料计算的新型合金设计、调控及应用:采用第一性原理计算,研究合金结构、成分及物化性质的关联;以此为基础,对合金成分和结构进行调控,指导新型合金的设计开发。
(4)材料形变-相变耦合行为研究及调控:研究材料塑性变形与相变过程复杂耦合作用,通过可控塑性变形主动诱发/调控晶体缺陷,影响相变进程及微观结构;利用相变调控微结构,影响微观尺度上位错行为,进而改变材料变形机制及宏观性能。
(5)开展智能金属在仿生机器人领域的应用探索,探究基于形状记忆合金(SMA)等智能材料驱动的软体机器人结构设计。下图:SMA丝驱动的仿生水母设计
