Materials Processing

    This discipline is China's first batch of doctoral degree. There are 9 doctoral supervisors, 14 professors and associate professors, and teachers with PhD accounted for 60%. The research is focused on the preparation and processing of advanced materials, controlled solidification theory and technology, controlling and digital simulation, precise moldings in materials processing. Currently we have undertaken the National Natural Science Fund, "863" High-tech, National Ministries Fund, National Defense Fund and focused project commissioned by the ministries and businesses and so on. Definitely, dozens of item-level scientific and technological progress awards has been accomplished.
