基于全球科学研究前沿,瞄准重要应用前景,围绕关键科学问题,开展的研究方向:材料表面微纳米技术及其引起的超浸润性。

  (1)生物体特殊功能及其机理研究

  深入分析具有独特润湿特性的生物体表面的物理、化学特性,揭示其特殊功能的科学原理,为材料仿生设计提供思路。

  (2)材料仿生微纳米表面先进制备技术研究

  仿照具有功能生物体表的特殊结构和组成,探讨机械、物理、化学、电化学等多种技术手段,实现材料表面特殊结构和组成的调控制备,同时,开展透明超疏水涂层的大规模制备技术研究,旨在实现超疏水技术的商业化应用。

  (3)材料仿生微纳米表面界面特性

  针对仿生微纳米表面在飞行器、舰船、换热器、输电线路、油水分离等领域的重要应用前景,研究仿生金属表面的润湿、黏附、防污、防雾、耐蚀、抗露、除霜、防冰等表面和界面特性,解决金属表面相关普遍共性重大技术难题。


  以市场需求为导向,解决企业技术难题,开展的研究方向为:高性能金属材料研发,主要包括风电和核电用高性能金属材料组织控制技术、高性能金属材料热处理技术及其摩擦磨损特性、添加稀土的耐海水腐蚀金属材料研发、触变注射成形镁合金组织和性能研究及成形模拟等。
