基于全球科学研究前沿,瞄准重要应用前景,围绕关键科学问题,开展的研究方向:表面微纳米技术及其界面特性。

(1)表面微纳米先进制备技术研究  

荷叶、仙人掌、蜘蛛丝、沙漠甲虫等通过体表特殊微纳米结构和化学组成对水滴的运输和传递进行调控。以此为启发,探讨化学、电化学、机械加工等多种技术手段,实现材料表面特殊结构和组成的调控制备,并着重开展涂料配方和涂层技术研究,为实现表面微纳米材料的应用提供技术支撑。

2)表面微纳米材料界面特性

研究表面微纳米材料的润湿、黏附、结露、结霜、结冰等动态传递特性,结合表面微纳米特征,建立相关的理论和数学模型,为实现表面微纳米材料的应用提供理论指导。

  

以市场需求为导向,围绕具体应用领域,进行定向技术开发,研究方向为:表面微纳米技术应用基础研究,重点研究环保、低成本、大面积、规模化、批量化的表面制备技术,以及表面的防水防污、抗露防雾防潮、除雾集水、抑霜易除霜、防冰易除冰等性能,涉及航空、航天、舰船、铁路、汽车、建筑、交通、家居、家具、电力、电气、电子、电器、节能、环保、新能源等多个应用领域。
